BLK Auto is undergoing a rapid expansion and transformation in response to the world’s ever-growing transition to zero-emission vehicle fleets.

As demand continues to grow, so too does our need for quality personnel to drive our JAC Motors distribution network in Australia.

We are looking for a National Dealer Sales Manager, a National Dealer Aftersales Manager and a National Dealer Parts Manager to lead our new JAC Trucks Distribution division.

These roles will be based in Sydney and provides successful candidates with a competitive salary (and commissions), access to a high-growth industry and the chance to become a part of the future of clean-energy trucking.

National Dealer Parts Manager

National Dealer Parts Manager needed to drive the future of trucking in Australia

BLK Auto is undergoing a rapid expansion and transformation and as demand continues to grow, so too does our need for quality personnel to join BLK Auto in our JAC Motors Australia operation, to drive and support our growing dealer network across Australia.

We are looking for a National Dealer Parts Manager to join our new JAC Trucks Distribution division.

As National Dealer Parts Manager, you will lead the parts division where you will be accountable for maximising parts revenue, profitability, inventory, order control, MOS and fill rates, whilst streamlining the entire division. You will ensure optimal service levels to our growing network of Australian dealers.

This role will be based in Sydney and will provide the successful candidate with a competitive salary (and commissions), access to a high-growth industry and the chance to become a part of the future of clean-energy trucking.

What we’re looking for:

  • Candidate to ideally have 10 years’ experience in the automotive commercial parts industry
  • Previous OEM experience would be preferrable
  • Solid leadership, people management and excellent analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of business management, logistics and procurement
  • Experience in stock control
  • Proven experience in meeting industry benchmarks
  • Demonstratable experience working with a network of dealers
  • Sydney-based role (Western Suburbs)

National Dealer Sales Manager

National Dealer Sales Manager needed to drive the future of trucking in Australia

We are looking for a National Dealer Sales Manager to join our new JAC Motors Distribution division.

As National Dealer Sales Manager, you will manage the ongoing development of strategic business development plans and grow the new JAC Motors dealer network in Australia. Demonstratable experience in being able to communicate, present and influence strategic sales plans and directions at the highest levels is essential. JAC Motors Australia will have a growing range of vehicles coming to market over the next 4-5 years with a mix of both battery electric vehicles (BEVs) as well as Diesel trucks and SUV’s

This role will be based in Sydney and will provide the successful candidate with a competitive salary (and commissions), access to a high-growth industry and the chance to become a part of the future of JAC Motors Australia.

What we’re looking for:

  • Candidate ideally to have 10 years’ experience in the automotive commercial vehicle industry
  • Experience working with an automotive OEM
  • Market analysis, strategy development and implementation
  • Competitive and market intelligence knowledge/experience
  • Dealer network performance management and development
  • Established industry contacts
  • Proven experience in forecasting and meeting monthly and annual sales targets
  • MR or HR license preferred
  • Sydney-based role (Western Suburbs)

National Aftersales Manager needed to drive the future of trucking in Australia

BLK Auto is undergoing a rapid expansion and transformation and as demand continues to grow, so too does our need for quality personnel to join BLK Auto in our JAC Motors Australia operation, to drive and support our growing dealer network across Australia.

We are looking for a National Dealer Aftersales Manager to join our new JAC Trucks Distribution division.

As National Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of commercially viable, bespoke and effective campaigns associated with aftersales to drive customer retention, genuine product buying loyalty, sales revenues and margins in line with set objectives. This will support retail JAC product sales via the aftersales function and through a profitable dealer network across Australia.

This role will be based in Sydney and will provide the successful candidate with a competitive salary (and commissions) and access to a high-growth industry.

What we’re looking for:

  • Candidate ideally to have 10 years’ experience in the automotive commercial vehicle industry
  • Automotive OEM Experience preferred
  • Dealer network development
  • Demonstratable experience in exceeding operational KPIs
  • Knowledge in aftersales, service management, dealer networks and sales
  • Sydney-based role (Western Suburbs)
